SERVICE USAGE:

SERVICE AVAILABILITY:
•While we strive for continuous availability, Click Chokro(CC) does not guarantee uninterrupted service. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate services at any time without prior notice for maintenance, upgrades, or other reasons.
•Click Chokro(CC) will only be used to promote your Instagram/Twitter/Facebook/Youtube or Social account and help boost your "Appearance" only.
•We DO NOT guarantee that your new followers will interact with you, we guarantee that you will get the followers you pay for.
•We DO NOT guarantee 100% of our accounts will have a profile picture, full bio, and uploaded pictures, although we strive to make this the reality for all accounts.
•Click Chokro(CC) DOES NOT guarantee full delivery within 24 hours. We make no guarantee for delivery time at all. We provide our best estimation for orders during the placing of orders. However, these are estimates. If you are selling on a website that requires time-sensitive results, use Click Chokro(CC) at your own risk. We will not be held responsible for loss of funds, negative reviews, or you being banned for late delivery.
Refund Policy:
•After adding add fund to clickchokro.com you need to take the service. If you think you will not take the service, you will not be able to get any money back through any payment gateway or method. And cannot take any legal action for refund.You must take the service. If you agree to the terms, add an ad fund. Thank you.
•After orders placed in Click Chokro(CC) will not be refunded or canceled after they are placed. You will receive a refund credit to your Click Chokro(CC) account if the order is non-deliverable.
TERMINATION:
•Click Chokro(CC) reserves the right to terminate or suspend your access to our services at our discretion, without notice, for any reason, including but not limited to a violation of these Terms.
INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY:
•All content, logos, and intellectual property associated with our SMM panel are owned by Click Chokro(CC). You may not use, reproduce, or distribute our content without our explicit written permission.
Governing Law:
•Use of this website and any dispute arising out of its use are subject to the laws of the Bangladesh. Any legal action or proceedings related to or arising out of these terms and conditions shall be settled in the courts and/or tribunals in the Bangladesh

•If you think you will not take the service, you will not be able to get any money back through any payment gateway or method. And cannot take any legal action for refund.

Warning:
•Click Chokro(CC) will not be responsible for any damages you or your business may suffer.
•Click Chokro(CC) is in no way liable for any account suspension or picture deletion done by Instagram or Twitter or Facebook or YouTube or Other Social Media.
•Misplaced or Private account orders will not qualify for a refund. Be sure to confirm every order before placing it.
•Fraudulent activity such as using unauthorized or stolen credit cards will lead to the termination of your account. There are no exceptions.
•Please do not use more than one server simultaneously for the same page. We cannot give you the correct followers/likes number in that case. We will not refund these orders. Please keep your attention!
•Most of the services start instantly except a few services that take 24-48 hrs to deliver. If you do not receive your Service in time, please contact support to fix the issue. We are online 12 hours per day to help you.

ব্যবহারকারীর যোগ্যতা:

পরিষেবার প্রাপ্যতা:
•যদিও আমরা ক্রমাগত উপলব্ধতার জন্য চেষ্টা করি, Click Chokro(CC) নিরবচ্ছিন্ন পরিষেবার গ্যারান্টি দেয় না। আমরা রক্ষণাবেক্ষণ, আপগ্রেড, বা অন্যান্য কারণের জন্য পূর্ব বিজ্ঞপ্তি ছাড়াই যে কোনও সময়ে পরিষেবাগুলি স্থগিত বা বন্ধ করার অধিকার সংরক্ষণ করি৷
•Click Chokro(CC) শুধুমাত্র আপনার ইনস্টাগ্রাম/টুইটার/ফেসবুক/ইউটিউব বা সোশ্যাল অ্যাকাউন্টের প্রচার করতে এবং শুধুমাত্র আপনার "চেহারা" বাড়াতে সাহায্য করবে।
• আমরা গ্যারান্টি দিই না যে আপনার নতুন অনুসরণকারীরা আপনার সাথে যোগাযোগ করবে, আমরা গ্যারান্টি দিচ্ছি যে আপনি যে অনুগামীদের জন্য অর্থপ্রদান করবেন তা পাবেন।

সমাপ্তি:
•Click Chokro(CC) আমাদের বিবেচনার ভিত্তিতে আমাদের পরিষেবাগুলিতে আপনার অ্যাক্সেস বন্ধ বা স্থগিত করার অধিকার সংরক্ষণ করে, কোনো বিজ্ঞপ্তি ছাড়াই, এই শর্তাবলীর লঙ্ঘন সহ কিন্তু সীমাবদ্ধ নয়।
বুদ্ধিবৃত্তিক সম্পত্তি:
•আমাদের এসএমএম প্যানেলের সাথে যুক্ত সমস্ত বিষয়বস্তু, লোগো এবং মেধা সম্পত্তি Click Chokro(CC) এর মালিকানাধীন। আপনি আমাদের স্পষ্ট লিখিত অনুমতি ছাড়া আমাদের সামগ্রী ব্যবহার, পুনরুত্পাদন বা বিতরণ করতে পারবেন না।
সরকারি আইন:
• এই ওয়েবসাইটের ব্যবহার এবং এর ব্যবহার থেকে উদ্ভূত যেকোনো বিরোধ বাংলাদেশের আইনের অধীন। এই শর্তাবলীর সাথে সম্পর্কিত বা এর ফলে উদ্ভূত যেকোনো আইনি পদক্ষেপ বা কার্যধারা বাংলাদেশের আদালত এবং/অথবা ট্রাইব্যুনালে নিষ্পত্তি করা হবে
• দ্রষ্টব্য 1: নম্বরে কখনই কল করবেন না কারণ এটি অন্য লোকের অ্যাকাউন্ট এবং আমরা তাদের ভাড়া হিসাবে ব্যবহার করি। আপনি যদি কল করেন তাহলে তারা আপনাকে ব্লক করবে!
• clickchokro.com এ অ্যাড ফান্ড যোগ করার পর আপনাকে পরিষেবাটি নিতে হবে।
•আপনি যদি মনে করেন যে আপনি পরিষেবাটি গ্রহণ করবেন না, আপনি কোনো পেমেন্ট গেটওয়ে বা পদ্ধতির মাধ্যমে কোনো টাকা ফেরত পেতে পারবেন না। এবং টাকা ফেরতের জন্য কোন আইনি ব্যবস্থা নিতে পারে না।

•আমাদের কোম্পানি আপনার গোপনীয়তাকে অত্যন্ত গুরুত্ব দেয়। আমরা কীভাবে আপনার সম্পর্কে তথ্য সংগ্রহ ও ব্যবহার করি এবং এই তথ্য গোপন রাখতে আমরা কী করি তা আপনাকে জানাতে আমরা গোপনীয়তার নীতি অনুসরণ করি।
• আমরা আমাদের ব্যবহারকারীদের কাছ থেকে ডেটা সংগ্রহ করি। ব্যবহারকারীর নাম, ইমেল, স্কাইপ আইডি, আইপি ঠিকানা।

•ভুল স্থানান্তরিত বা ব্যক্তিগত অ্যাকাউন্টের অর্ডারগুলি ফেরতের জন্য যোগ্য হবে না। এটি স্থাপন করার আগে প্রতিটি অর্ডার নিশ্চিত করতে ভুলবেন না.
• প্রতারণামূলক কার্যকলাপ যেমন অননুমোদিত বা চুরি করা ক্রেডিট কার্ড ব্যবহার করলে আপনার অ্যাকাউন্ট বন্ধ হয়ে যাবে। কোন ব্যতিক্রম নেই.
• অনুগ্রহ করে একই পৃষ্ঠার জন্য একসাথে একাধিক সার্ভার ব্যবহার করবেন না। সেক্ষেত্রে আমরা আপনাকে সঠিক ফলোয়ার/লাইক নম্বর দিতে পারি না। আমরা এই আদেশ ফেরত দেব না. আপনার মনোযোগ রাখুন!
